With any sport or personal goal of significance, self-measurement is essential. Even traveling for a vacation requires knowing the destination and what it takes to get there. If we’re serious, we’ll check in with ourselves during the trip to get a status report on the journey.
This is a life-production half-time report of some of the producers we coach, and it’s not about me. We spend all our time focused on the team members and agents we serve. It’s always about them.
We encountered many teams through our Next Level Life Training Workshop and other speaking engagements in 2022. We invited most to join our Gold Series coaching platform, and many did so. If you missed it, consider us for 2024.
Before I get to the results, I’d like to kill a common and yet ridiculous idea first.
Greg, your training is simple and so easy,
it must be for beginners.
What about the experienced people?
The best producers in any field are those who can make the complex simple. Simplicity is actually your best friend. We have agents and team members who’ve been in the business for over 30 years and team members who are brand new. They all benefit from the simple yet heartfelt concepts we share. Complicated may be your biggest adversary friends. No customer wants complicated, but they LOVE simplicity!

When we become more, we produce more. The Comeback stories are my favorites. We measured the first half against what they accomplished for ALL of 2022 and came up with a different group.
We can’t list them all, but I am very proud of this group of warriors who came to learn and execute. For this list, it’s not about how much you wrote but how much you grew.
