Meet agent BB Watkins,
Atlanta GA.
Today, is BB’s 2nd anniversary of her agency.
In 2023, after being encouraged by another agent,
she reached out to ask to join our Gold Team Coaching series.
However, our sessions are sequential, with one session setting up the next.
It was already late in the year and attempting to microwave the training is never a good idea.
BB understood. She didn’t want a quick fix; she wanted substantial change, which takes time and the proper environment.
In December, we held a Next Level Life Training Workshop in Atlanta, and BB was there.
She didn’t just send a team member – she showed up. She was engaged and took a ton of notes herself.
4 Major Requirements for Moving Forward:
1. A decision to DO, not try.
2. A willingness to step outside of your comfort zone.
Your comfort zone is a trap!
3. UN-learning much of what you were taught (yes, even agents).
When it comes to the sale of Life insurance, we’ve been taught (and some are still teaching) that it’s all about selling. It’s you against the customer.
Believe it or not, helping people with life insurance by serving (not selling) is actually very easy as long as we do two things:
A. Make the conversation a no-brainer.
B. Talk to enough people.
4. Wanting it isn’t enough!
Our process is very simple, but you have to be willing to follow the process! You need a whatever I need to do attitude.
Don’t look now, but BB has a great year loading!

We’re not done. We’re just getting started.
I could be wrong, but I think BB’s very excited. She’s not the only one. The crazy man writing this message is pretty excited, too.
She’s been patient, putting herself in the proper position. Now, she’s following the process, and her team is not only pulling together but also building traction.
Success comes to no one, but it’s available to anyone who’s willing to take it! Keep stepping forward, my friend.
