I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard that mistake. We’re not a high-pressure sales outfit, so my way isn’t to convince you of anything. But, here’s a quick question. How would you know what you don’t know?

Agent Amanda Chase
In 2023, she asked if I would call her friend.
Our Gold Team Coaching series is sequential; one session sets up the next.
We start in January and usually sell out before the year starts. So, there’s no need to invite people to join us late.
This was already late Spring, and I usually don’t make a lot of calls.
But Amanda is my friend, so I called her friend.
Agent Tracy Haus takes the stage.
Tracy’s very busy, too.
So, I allowed her team to watch one session on me. I usually don’t do that.
She watched it with her team; they’ve been with me since. They’re a Platinum team now.
I’m glad Tracy is here, and through her, I made another new friend.
Meet Vicki the Believer!
She was an agent for 15 years with another company.
Once her father passed away, she sold her agency and traveled with her mom for a year.
I asked myself, so what am I going to do now?
I love insurance; I love helping people.
But if I’m going to do it, I’m gonna do it with the best, and that’s State Farm.
I’ve been here for 27 years now.
Vicki doesn’t need me or anyone else to tell her how to sell life insurance. She’s great at helping her customers.
But all great athletes and top producers in any walk of life have something in common. They have a coach. They’re never too experienced to learn.
I’ve been in the business for 41 years, so I already know a lot of this stuff.
You reminded me of some of the little things that I wasn’t doing.
Then, you gave us a sentence that I can’t do without now.
I put it in my talk, and I tell it to every single person before they leave here.
It’s been my favorite thing!
They listen to me, and I love it. And I feel I’m really taking care of my customers now.
I thought (to myself), why didn’t I ever think of that?

For 2024, it’s January, February, and March (3 months).
Vicki’s had big Fast Starts before she got to me, she had a huge Fast Start in 2020 as well. But she’s in love all over again with making things easy for the customer. Thank goodness she didn’t fall prey to the I don’t need to learn anything new virus.
