Simplicity is the answer, my friend. Once you get a taste of how to make it and keep it simple, you’ll want more. Truth and Transparency are my two best friends. We can take care of the customer with honesty & integrity. It beats the slick word tracks and tricky conversations you’ve learned in the past any day.
Meet agent Ceci McClure. We met at my very first workshop in 2018. She came to the afternoon session that was hosted by three Chairman Circle Study Group agents: Jan Steimel, Amanda Chase & Tony Lopez. She couldn’t believe selling life insurance could be this easy. She later brought us in to coach her team.
What have you seen in our process and our system that made you want to get involved?
I looked at the transformation that one of my team members had when we did it before. It really clicked for him and he took off with his sales and he’s an agent, now.
You make it so easy that it builds their confidence and I want that same thing for my new team.
They loved the workshop. David came back and sold 3 life apps the very next day.”
Ceci has a new team, and she signed up for our team coaching for 2024, but she didn’t want to wait until next year to get her team exposed. So, she asked to host a workshop in her area. She found the room, and then put the word out, and we did the rest.
There were no seats left in our morning session, and only 2 available in our afternoon session. They were all smiling at the beginning, but they all had hand-cramps at the end! There were a TON of ideas and notes to take home.
We’ve been doing this for years, but we’re always looking to improve. I’ve found using post-workshop surveys very effective for getting honest feedback. These are actual responses.
Translation: 97% agree. And, Yes, “I’m about to BLOW UP!” was actually a part of the survey. We like to have fun too.
