The environment seems turbulent and it can kill your production, right? Only with your permission. We have to admit to some barriers, and we may have to do more to accomplish our goals, but we should never yield to “that’s impossible“.
One of the joys of doing what I do in inspiring agents and team members is watching them challenge themselves to run the race to victory, despite the environment.
The Top 3 for August
The first top 3 is from our Platinum group. They’ve been with me for a while and are performing very well in helping families with life insurance. These numbers reflect their production for August only.
After spending 9 months with some crazy bald dude,
Our Gold teams are continuing to flourish.
Despite being new to our process, they’re beginning to catch up to our Platinum teams
and I couldn’t be more excited.
